Rumbidzai Bvunzawabaya nee Midzi is the founder and principal of RBM Solicitors. She qualified as a Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe in 1998 having graduated from the University of Zimbabwe. Mrs Bvunzawabaya was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15 December 2003.
Mrs Bvunzawabaya has extensive experience in dealing with Immigration Law after having worked for the Law Society dealing with investigation of Solicitors in Immigration matters. Her areas of interest are Immigration and Asylum, Landlord and Tenant, Civil Litigation, Regulatory Law and International Family Law.

Practice Manager
Muchada Bvunzawabaya
BSC (University of Zimbabwe), PGCE (Warwick University)
Mr Bvunzawabaya is the practice manager. He has effectively managed the team and has been instrumental in the formation and development of RBM Solicitors.
He is consistently promoting good customer care service and effective working relationships. Mr Bvunzawabaya ensures that there is an effective and competent level of management and administrative support to the practice.
He works hand in hand with migration experts in facilitating migration to Canada and Australia.

George Tizirai-Chapwanya
BL (Hons); LLB (UZ); LLM (Birmingham University)
Mr George Tizirai-Chapwanya has recently joined RBM Solicitors as a Solicitor. George was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe in 1991 and has practised law there for a continuous period in excess of fifteen years.
George has recently been admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales and his main areas of interest are: Commercial Litigation, Immigration law, Crime-General, Employment law, Landlord and Tenant law and Business/Corporate law. RBM Solicitors welcomes George and hope that his experience, knowledge and skills will be of benefit to our existing and future clients.

Senior Caseworker
Ms Parvinder Bhogal
LLB.Hons (University of Warwick) OISC Level 3 and LSC Accredited Caseworker
Ms Bhogal has recently joined RBM Solicitors having over 10 years experience in specialist immigration, asylum and human rights law. Much of her practice and skills have been gained in the charity sector. She is presently accredited by both the Legal Services Commission and OISC at Level 3, Senior Caseworker and Supervisor. She has regularly been audited by LSC and OISC, and consistently found to be competent maintaining high standards of practice and professional conduct.
Ms Bhogal has vast experience of providing quality competent representation in both immigration and asylum cases. Over the years she has had success in representing complex cases outside the immigration rules.
In joining RBM Solicitors, Ms Bhogal brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for this area of practice. She is an asset to the RBM Solicitors and her expertise will help provide effective solutions to complex problems. She has had direct experience and cultural awareness of clients from differing nationalities
Legal Assistant
Ms Paidamoyo Tazvishaya
LLB (University of Natal) LLM Human Rights (London Metropolitan University)
Ms Tazvishaya joined RBM Solicitors in February 2008 and is a legal assistant. She has extensive experience and expertise in Immigration and Human Rights Law.
She is working towards her qualification as a solicitor in the United Kingdom by pursuing the Legal Practice Course.
